About the role
Account Partners at Veeva generate, manage, and expand opportunities across business, IT, and C‑level executives in the life sciences industry, focusing on growing sales within assigned accounts. The role emphasizes customer success, employee success, and speed, aligning with Veeva’s core values.
Key responsibilities
- Understand a value‑based selling approach to present Veeva products and motivate prospects.
- Create and maintain trusted C‑level relationships across assigned accounts.
- Generate qualified opportunities and close them by managing complex sales cycles while leveraging internal and external resources.
Required profile
- 5+ years of selling experience in Manufacturing/QA/QC software or consulting services within the CDMO/pharmaceutical sector.
- 10+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to build relationships from cold calls to executive levels.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Willingness to travel as required.
