Solution Consultant – Cloud CRM & Commercial Content

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Consultant in Shanghai to drive sales of our cloud‑based CRM and Commercial Content suite for major life‑science organizations. The role involves educating customers throughout the sales cycle, delivering tailored software demonstrations, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to the Account Executive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑sales activities across the entire selling life cycle.
• Identify customer challenges and demonstrate solutions that deliver business value.
• Participate as a member of the sales team in executing sales strategies and building customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, services, product, and support.
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SaaS software pre‑sales experience.
• 5+ years of IT industry background.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a proven track record.
• Strong written and verbal presentation abilities.
• Energetic self‑starter capable of working independently.
• University degree.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) cloud application.
• Familiarity with regulated event management systems.
• Familiarity with regulated content management systems.
