Account Manager – Legal SaaS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth of our legal technology solutions. You will work closely with legal, compliance and IP teams to understand their needs and position our SaaS products as essential tools.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers in legal departments, compliance units, IP teams and law firms.
• Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities while meeting renewal targets for existing accounts.
• Promote our legal SaaS products, increasing spend per account and overall revenue.
• Conduct regular strategy meetings with customers’ senior management to align their needs with our product roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business development and sales experience in the SaaS sector.
• Strong understanding of legal industry workflows and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and Business English.
• Analytical mindset with experience in CRM management and data‑driven decision making.
