Account Executive – Amazon Currency Converter

About the role

The Account Executive will drive adoption of Amazon Currency Converter products among China‑based selling partners. You will prospect, build relationships, and guide sellers through the benefits of cross‑border payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard China‑based selling partners to Amazon Currency Converter (ACCS) and Seller Wallet products.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing sellers, providing consultative advice on currency conversion solutions.
• Achieve established sales targets with minimal supervision and provide accurate weekly forecasts.
• Own and manage a lead pipeline to ensure consistent quantity and quality of opportunities.
• Map ACCS products to client objectives and conduct complex negotiations from lead generation to close.
• Identify high‑potential clients and replicate successful outreach strategies.
• Stay informed on cross‑border business trends and collaborate with internal Amazon teams to remove operational blockers.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in‑person visits, and resolve seller issues by liaising with relevant teams.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional experience in sales or account management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold‑calling companies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
