Academic Case Manager

About the role

The Academic Case Manager guides students through every stage of the study‑abroad journey, from goal‑setting and positioning to test planning, academic path design, extracurricular enhancement, and application strategy support. Working closely with front‑end consultants and application teams, the role ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience for students and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate application positioning based on students’ long‑term goals, academic background and target institutions.
• Develop personalised study‑abroad roadmaps tailored to destination countries, majors and competitive requirements.
• Offer structured planning for TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, GRE and other standardized tests.
• Advise on school course selection and monitor academic performance to keep students on track.
• Design and recommend extracurricular opportunities to strengthen student profiles.
• Support university selection, major choice, essay preparation and interview readiness.
• Track progress, ensure timely task completion and maintain transparent communication with families.
