主要职责
- 协助居民照护计划制定与执行，照护风险识别与管理。
- 协助护理部门内部制度梳理、流程优化、运营分析、效率提升等工作。
- 组织实施专业技能培训。
- 优化与改进照护质量管理体系，监管照护质量。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，护理专业优先。
- 对养老行业有热情，具备服务意识、亲和力和耐心。
- 具备扎实的专业知识和沟通协调能力。
