职位概况
内蒙古伊利实业集团2027届校园招聘人事专训生（总部），工作地点为呼和浩特市土默特左旗，招聘人数2人，面向应届毕业生，月薪5000-6000元。
主要职责
- 依据劳动法律法规及企业发展要求，规范办理员工入转调续离手续
- 组织职位及人员信息维护、社保缴费及待遇办理、档案积累与落户证明开具等业务
- 识别业务流程问题并提出优化建议，关注政策变化并协助落实
- 收集并反馈内部客户意见，提升客户满意度
任职要求
- 2026届本科毕业生，本科及以上学历，财务相关专业优先
- 英语可作为工作语言
- 了解人力资源政策法规及项目管理相关工具
- 具备逻辑思维与分析能力，客户导向，沟通能力强
- 有社团管理或活动组织策划经验者优先
