职位概况
北京城建北方集团面向2022年应届毕业生招聘多岗位管培生，涵盖施工、技术、安全、造价、机电等方向，提供项目现场轮岗学习机会。
主要职责
- 参与施工现场管理与技术支持；
- 协助安全管理与风险控制；
- 参与工程造价核算与成本控制；
- 配合机电设备安装与调试；
- 在项目现场轮岗，完成综合业务学习。
任职要求
- 2022年应届毕业生，符合相应专业及学历要求；
- 认同公司企业文化与价值观；
- 学习成绩优秀，专业基础扎实，有社会实践经历；
- 思想政治素质好，遵纪守法，无不良记录；
