北京销售总监（健康管理）

职位概况
负责制定并执行北京地区健康管理业务的销售策略，带领团队达成公司既定的业绩目标，深耕商业保险、银行及大型企业等关键渠道。
主要职责
- 依据公司战略制定客户拓展规划并组织实施，完成销售指标。
- 与商业保险公司、银行、大型企业建立多种合作销售模式。
- 维护客户及行业关系，挖掘用户需求并提供解决方案。
- 收集行业销售信息，为公司业务发展和价格定位提供依据。
- 针对健康管理需求制定行业解决方案并推动落地。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，市场营销、管理学、金融学等相关专业。
- 3年以上销售管理经验，5年以上TPA服务商、互联网医疗、大健康、健康体检等行业营销经验。
- 熟悉B端客户拓展，具备良好销售理念和强烈客户意识，能适应快节奏并在压力下完成任务。
- 熟悉就医绿通、视频医生、体检、国内/外二诊等B端获客及增值服务者优先。
