职位概况
负责酒店及影音设备业务的市场拓展与销售管理，统筹预算、合同及客户沟通，提升公司营收。
主要职责
- 整理维护预算、合同、采购单据等文件台账，完成预估规划及业绩报表。
- 协助制定部门年度运营预算与财务规划，严格控制成本，推动产品与服务销售。
- 洽谈客房及活动合作价格，推广特色产品与酒店配套服务。
- 调研本地竞争对手，进行对比分析并反馈经营情况。
- 主动开拓市场，跟进客户推荐资源及潜在合作客源。
- 学习影音设备行业前沿技术与新型设备，参与市场调研。
- 保持与洲际酒店集团旗下门店及预订渠道的常态化沟通。
- 根据需要参加行业展会，推介酒店会议场地资源。
- 完成销售总监安排的其他日常工作事务。
