职位概况
Vuori北京三里屯门店招聘零售楼层主管，负责带领销售团队提供卓越的客户体验，传递品牌价值，确保门店运营顺畅。
主要职责
- 在店长和副店长指导下，监督楼层日常运营，包括补货、陈列、清洁等。
- 带领团队达成销售目标，提升客户满意度。
- 通过产品知识分享、试衣间服务等方式与客户建立长期关系。
- 沟通库存需求，支持业务目标。
任职要求
- 能够接受早晚班8小时轮班，每周5天，周末至少1天上班。
- 具备良好的组织、执行和沟通能力，能在快节奏环境中同时处理多任务。
- 主动积极，具备高度的责任感和主人翁精神。
- 愿意学习新产品知识并接受反馈。
必备技能
- 优秀的客户服务与销售技巧。
- 团队协作与激励能力。
