职位概况
我们正在招聘麻醉科住院医师，负责麻醉科住院患者的诊疗与管理，参与手术麻醉及术后管理，提供高质量的医疗服务。
主要职责
- 负责麻醉科住院患者的病史采集、体格检查、诊断及治疗方案制定与执行。
- 参与患者术前评估、术后管理及随访工作。
- 协助主治医师完成胸外科手术及术后治疗。
- 及时、准确完成住院病历、手术记录、出院小结等医疗文书。
- 参与多学科诊疗（MDT）讨论，制定个体化治疗方案。
- 参与科室临床研究，协助数据收集与论文撰写。
任职要求
- 麻醉学方向，硕士研究生及以上学历。
- 已取得医师资格证书，可变更注册。
- 在校期间完成住院医师规范化培训，毕业后取得规培合格证书。
- 熟悉麻醉科常见疾病的诊疗规范。
- 具备良好医德医风，责任心强，能承受高强度工作压力。
- 具备良好沟通能力及团队协作精神，科研能力优秀者优先。
