职位概况
负责公司原材料、零部件及服务的采购工作，确保生产运营顺畅高效。
主要职责
- 根据生产计划和物料需求制定并执行采购订单。
- 与供应商建立并维护合作关系，跟踪交货状态。
- 监控供应商绩效，确保质量、交期和成本符合公司标准。
- 处理采购发票、付款及相关报表，保证数据准确。
- 协同生产、仓储、财务等内部部门，保障采购流程顺畅。
- 遵守公司采购政策，防范采购风险。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，供应链管理、物流或机械工程等相关专业优先。
- 至少2年采购工作经验，有机械制造行业经验者优先。
- 熟悉采购流程、供应商管理和合同谈判。
- 具备良好的沟通、协调和谈判能力，工作细致严谨。
- 具备英语读写能力者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel。
- 具备SAP系统使用经验。
