职位概况
负责PORTS男女装北区部分城市的零售培训与门店辅导，涵盖新店开业、员工入职、销售服务及造型技巧等内容，推动培训在门店落地并持续优化。
主要职责
- 组织并实施零售培训、门店辅导，包括新开店、员工培训、销售服务及造型技巧等。
- 协助培训项目的策划、现场支持及后续跟进，确保项目有序推进。
- 整理、优化培训教材和学习资料，支持品牌培训内容的有效传递。
- 收集培训反馈，与零售团队保持沟通，及时了解一线需求并改进培训方案。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，1–3 年品牌培训相关经验优先，服装、时尚或零售背景加分。
- 对培训工作及服装时尚行业感兴趣，具备学习意愿和成长意识。
- 良好的沟通表达能力，能够与零售员工及管理层有效交流。
- 责任心强，执行力好，工作认真细致，能够主动推进任务。
- 具备团队协作意识，配合完成培训项目及区域工作。
- 接受一定频率的出差。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 PowerPoint
- 熟练使用 Excel
