职位概况
负责酒店客房及公共区域的设施维修与保养，确保宾客舒适安全。根据维修需求排定优先顺序，完成日常及临时维修任务。
主要职责
- 遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。
- 按计划检修客房及公共区域，依据损坏情况排定先后次序。
- 执行VIP房检查、监督外包大修工作。
- 处理宾客提出的小修需求。
- 完成维修领班安排的其他工作。
- 提供设施现状报告并提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 初中以上学历。
- 具备电工优先，了解钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工等专业知识。
- 具备“一专多能”，动手能力强。
- 五官端正。
