职位概况

负责中餐厅前台收银工作，准确完成点餐系统录入、结账收款及发票开具等操作。

主要职责

使用POS收银系统、扫码支付设备完成收款并确保账款日清日结。
主动引导顾客完成支付流程，处理退换菜、优惠核销、会员积分等事务。
协助营业前准备与营业后收尾，包括现金清点、单据整理、设备检查及卫生维护。
配合店长完成日常报表填报、库存单据交接及基础客户服务支持。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，专业不限，相关专业优先。
具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力，能适应轮班及节假日工作。
具备基本财务常识和数字敏感度，无收银经验者可接受培训。
形象端正，责任心强，具备团队协作精神与抗压能力。

必备技能

熟练使用POS收银系统和扫码支付设备。
熟练操作常见办公软件及计算机。
能够快速掌握餐厅POS系统及移动支付工具。
具备基本财务常识和数字敏感度。
