主要职责
- 云南菜 + 中餐西摆（客单价700元）
- 菜单设计，完成SOP、BOM表
- 对出品、制作流程、食品安全负责
- 持续创新，推出特色、季节性产品
- 定期试菜、新品研发
任职要求
- 有云南菜烹饪经验
- 熟悉云南食材
- 跳槽不频繁
