About the role

The Senior Hardware Engineer will join Bosch’s ADAS smart camera and sensor team in Suzhou. You will lead the electrical integration and power module design for automotive camera products, ensuring feasibility and compliance with automotive standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate power‑supply architecture, including block diagrams, component selection, schematics and PCB layout guidance.
• Perform output‑power simulation, worst‑case analysis (WCA) and generate related design documentation.
• Lead hardware circuit performance, EMC validation, verification and troubleshooting.
• Support production during prototype build and mass‑production phases, providing technical assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hardware design experience, preferably in automotive applications.
• Strong knowledge of power‑supply topologies, DC‑DC converters and LDO design.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design and the ability to complete schematic designs independently.
• Good spoken and written English.
