职位概况
负责公司IT基础设施的日常运维与管理，涵盖服务器、云平台、虚拟化、存储及桌面环境，确保系统高可用与安全。
主要职责
- Windows Server（AD、DHCP、DNS）运维与策略优化。
- Microsoft 365（Azure AD/Entra ID、Exchange Online、SharePoint Online、Teams、OneDrive）全平台管理。
- VMware vSphere/Vcenter/ESXi 虚拟化环境的创建、备份、恢复与监控。
- 群晖NAS、Dell EMC 等企业存储备份系统维护。
- IT基础设施安全防护，包括DLP、网络与系统安全。
- PC、软件、硬件、门禁、监控、打印机等桌面设备运维。
- 软件、硬件资产登记、分发、回收与盘点。
- 制定并优化SOP，完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。
- 5年以上系统运维经验，熟悉网络设备及TCP/IP、OSPF协议。
- 具备丰富的桌面运维经验。
- 良好的学习能力、责任心及团队协作能力。
必备技能
- Windows Server、Active Directory、DHCP、DNS。
- Microsoft 365、Azure AD、Entra ID、Exchange Online、SharePoint Online、Teams、OneDrive。
- VMware vSphere、Vcenter、ESXi。
- Synology NAS、Dell EMC 存储备份。
- DLP、网络安全、系统安全。
- SCCM、WDS。
- Cisco、H3C、FortiGate 交换路由设备。
- 阿里云、AWS 云平台。
- CCNA、H3CNE、MCP 等认证优先。
