Senior Desktop Systems Administrator – L1/L2 Support

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to provide L1/L2 desktop support in a large‑scale enterprise environment. The on‑site role involves managing client compute devices, operating systems, mobile platforms, and related technologies across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑level support for laptops, desktops, peripherals and accessories.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure and support Windows, macOS (JAMF Pro) and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) operating systems.
• Validate and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO) and JAMF configuration profiles.
• Handle user account lifecycle in Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook and Office applications.
• Configure, deploy and support iOS and Android devices via MDM solutions.
• Support single‑ and multi‑site video‑conferencing and Cisco collaboration systems.
• Maintain enterprise printing infrastructure and high‑volume scanning‑to‑email solutions.
• Participate in IT security incident response, system imaging, malware remediation and forensic support.
• Plan and execute office moves, site relocations and migrations.
• Enforce endpoint compliance, patch management and device hardening.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for end‑user computing and automation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in desktop systems administration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, large‑scale enterprise IT environment.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 administration.
• macOS deployment and JAMF Pro management.
• Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) administration.
• Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) expertise.
• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android.
• Network protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN.
