Warehouse Operator – Materials & Logistics Lead

About the role

Envalior is looking for a Warehouse Operator to ensure raw and auxiliary materials are aligned with production plans and to support continuous, safe, and high‑quality manufacturing. You will be a key link between material supply, production lines, and outbound logistics, helping the company deliver innovative high‑performance materials on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue raw and auxiliary materials, including barcoding and inventory updates.
• Manage finished‑goods outbound and shipping operations, operate forklifts, verify information, and coordinate with drivers.
• Prepare and transfer materials according to production and picking plans.
• Handle material transit between external warehouses and the site, including loading/unloading and truck coordination.
• Assist with month‑end inventory counts and maintain solid‑waste ledgers.
• Maintain 5S standards, prepare DHL shipping labels, and act as On‑site Loading/Unloading Logistics Safety Coordinator.
• Update and optimise warehouse procedures and SOPs.

Required profile

• Valid Special Equipment Operator Certificate (N1).
• Experience operating forklifts, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Familiarity with hazardous‑chemical storage characteristics and site traffic safety regulations.
