Warehouse Operator

About the role

Envalior is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support its high‑performance materials manufacturing site. The role ensures raw and auxiliary materials are aligned with production plans, manages finished‑goods outbound logistics, and upholds safety, sustainability, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle physical receiving, warehousing, and issuing of raw and auxiliary materials, including barcoding operations.
• Manage inventory for raw, auxiliary, and finished‑goods materials; conduct month‑end counts.
• Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks, coordinate with drivers, and capture proof‑of‑delivery photos.
• Prepare material transfers based on production and picking plans.
• Oversee material transit between external warehouses and the site, including truck coordination.
• Manage inbound/outbound operations for the solid‑waste warehouse, maintain ledgers, and sort waste streams.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area and update warehouse SOPs.
• Prepare DHL shipping labels for sample dispatches and act as On‑site Loading/Unloading Logistics Safety Coordinator after assessment.

Required profile

• Valid Special Equipment Operator Certificate (N1); prior forklift experience in a chemical environment preferred.
• Familiarity with hazardous‑chemical storage characteristics and site traffic safety regulations.
• Clean safety record with no major operational violations.
• Ability to pass a safety assessment by the SHEQ Engineer and Production Supervisor.
