职位概况
博世集团在苏州招聘机械设计专家（VM），负责全球工业化项目的机械概念质量与可靠性，提供专业咨询并推动项目落地。
主要职责
- 确保机器概念和机械设计的质量与鲁棒性，参与系统级和线级机械架构定义与批准。
- 主导关键设计评审，识别技术风险并制定缓解措施。
- 与项目、采购、电气、工艺等部门及外部供应商沟通，完成机械信息转移。
- 进行非标机器机械设计、2D/3D图纸绘制及BOM创建，支持装配、调试和投产。
- 建立并持续改进机械设计标准、方法和最佳实践，指导并培养中高级工程师。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械、生产等相关专业。
- 具备深厚的特殊机器机械设计经验和工业自动化背景。
- 熟悉2D/3D CAD工具，熟练使用SolidEdge者优先。
- 良好的英语沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备跨文化沟通与出差意愿。
