职位概况
负责博世集团VM-CN刹车产品的软件功能测试，搭建并使用硬件在环（HIL）/软件在环（SIL）模型，确保软件质量符合客户需求。
主要职责
- 在ESW实验室执行VM-CN刹车产品的功能测试。
- 根据客户需求创建并维护HIL/SIL测试模型。
- 执行手动及自动化测试用例，记录并分析测试结果。
- 提交软件缺陷，协助开发人员进行复测。
- 编制项目测试报告和覆盖率报告。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电子、机电电子、自动化或车辆工程专业。
- 3-5年软件测试或工程经验，能够独立完成小幅变更项目的测试任务。
- 熟悉IPB/ESP/RBU项目模型搭建及测试规范。
- 具备风险管理、8D问题解决经验。
必备技能
- ISTQB FL或AL认证（优先）。
- Python基础开发能力（优先）。
- HIL/SIL模型搭建与测试自动化经验。
