职位概况
负责前视摄像头单元车道感知算法的研发与迭代，支撑L2/L2+辅助驾驶功能在量产项目中的落地。设计基于Transformer的轻量化车道检测模型，并进行嵌入式平台优化。
主要职责
- 研发车道感知算法，提升在复杂光照、遮挡等场景下的鲁棒性。
- 基于Transformer架构设计轻量化车道检测模型。
- 进行模型量化、剪枝等轻量化部署，确保实时性与精度平衡。
- 完成模型在车规级嵌入式芯片（如地平线、TDA4）的部署与验证。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，2年以上自动驾驶或ADAS感知算法开发经验。
- 深入理解Transformer或CNN网络结构，熟练使用PyTorch。
- 熟悉BEV感知或车道检测主流方法。
- 具备模型量化、剪枝经验，了解嵌入式平台优先。
- 扎实的Python和C++编程能力，良好的工程实现习惯。
