职位概况
负责MXT（全球工具）价值流的全链路管理，推动运营卓越，实现业务价值最大化。作为对外沟通的主要窗口，打破组织壁垒，整合资源，营造持续改进的文化。
主要职责
- 制定并执行MXT（锤子、切割、研磨等）价值流的愿景与战略路线图。
- 作为统一的外部沟通窗口，维护与业务利益相关者的关系，促进跨部门协作。
- 建立KPI体系，定期进行绩效评估，确保目标达成。
- 负责资源规划，合理分配资金、人力和资产以支持关键项目。
- 领导跨价值流团队（MXH、MXC、MXG），打造人才梯队，提升员工参与度。
任职要求
- 具备强烈的创业思维和跨职能决策能力。
- 了解基础商业管理（营销、销售、财务控制）。
- 优秀的领导力和人际沟通能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉博世生产系统（BPS）。
- 项目管理能力。
- 数字化技能，如MES、数据分析等。
- 熟悉全球工具产品（锤子、切割、研磨等）。
