Utility Operator – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

Envalior is seeking a Utility Operator to ensure utility systems support safe and stable production operations, enabling high‑quality, timely product delivery in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with SHE, quality, security and ISO management system requirements.
• Implement safety, quality and environmental procedures, including 5S and energy‑saving initiatives.
• Start‑up, shutdown and smooth operation of utility systems during production plan changes.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, ensuring safety measures before equipment work.
• Accurately record operational data and generate performance reports.
• Participate in safety meetings, conduct inspections and report hazards immediately.
• Execute continuous improvement projects and support shift handovers.
• Respond to emergencies, stop unsafe behaviors and assist investigations.

Required profile

• College diploma in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Required skills

• Operation of utility systems (start‑up, shutdown, monitoring).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, RoHS, REACH and GMP standards.
• Implementation of 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong safety and environmental compliance practices.
