Shift Operator

About the role

Envalior is seeking a Shift Operator to join its high‑performance materials manufacturing team. The role focuses on safely delivering production tasks, meeting quality targets and maintaining high efficiency while supporting the shift engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machines, mixing/feeding units and packaging equipment according to SOPs.
• Participate in production line start‑up and shutdown, executing LOTOTO procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational and production records and perform proper shift handovers.
• Execute production tasks per the production plan, clean the line according to cleaning schedules and collect/report production data.
• Report abnormal operating conditions, submit maintenance requests and support preventive & predictive maintenance activities.
• Maintain 5S standards, handle line disruptions, propose safety, quality and efficiency improvements, and submit safety observations.
• Assist in updating and optimizing SOPs and job safety analyses, and perform other tasks assigned by the Shift Leader.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school or college diploma in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field.
• Strong safety awareness and a hands‑on, hard‑working attitude.
• Good learning ability and the capacity to work well with others.
• Experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with equipment operation and various unit operations.
