About the role
PwC is seeking a US Tax Advisor to join its Tax Department in Beijing. As a Senior Associate, you will work within a collaborative team to address complex tax challenges for multinational clients, applying PwC’s professional framework and delivering high‑quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Apply critical thinking to structure and solve unstructured tax problems.
- Utilise a broad range of analytical tools to extract insights from industry trends.
- Review your own work and that of peers for accuracy, relevance and quality.
- Delegate tasks to junior team members, providing coaching and stretch opportunities.
- Communicate findings clearly and influence stakeholders with structured, concise messaging.
- Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all activities.
Required profile
- University degree or higher; professional accounting qualification preferred.
- 0‑3 years of relevant US tax experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Demonstrated ability to reflect on feedback and develop self‑awareness.
Required skills
- US tax knowledge and practical experience.
