Trainer / Training Specialist

About the role

The Trainer/Training Specialist will lead learning initiatives across the organization, focusing on onboarding, capability building, and continuous skill development. The role ensures that training programs are engaging, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and monitor orientation programs for Individual Contributors and Direct Labor employees.
• Manage the learning portfolio, track participation and completion rates, and report on program impact.
• Develop cross‑functional technical and professional learning programs to close skill gaps.
• Coordinate logistics for instructor‑led, virtual, and blended sessions, ensuring a seamless learner experience.
• Maintain and update new‑hire curricula in the local Learning Management System (LMS) and partner with the global LMS team.
• Plan and run language learning programs for Fuzhou employees, measuring effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives through workshops, campaigns, and communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in learning and development, training delivery, or talent development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track metrics, ROI, and program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
