Learning & Development Trainer (China)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Trainer to lead and implement employee learning programs across China. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives that drive engagement and practical application.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement China-wide learning programs, ensuring strong learner engagement and practical application.
• Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate cross‑functional technology seminars.
• Coordinate learning logistics: schedule sessions, manage participant communications, prepare materials, and support facilitators.
• Provide feedback on program adoption, content effectiveness, and regional needs for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports tracking metrics and progress of program activities.
• Maintain and update the new‑hire orientation curriculum in the local LMS.
• Collaborate with the global LMS team to deploy learning modules, manage training records, and track completions.
• Plan, implement, and manage language programs for employees in Fuzhou.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives through workshops, learning campaigns, and communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in training/facilitation, preferably within an organizational development or corporate HR environment.
• Proven track record coaching and mentoring people leaders and employees.

Required skills

• DDI Facilitator Certification (preferred) and other certifications such as Gallup Strengths Coach or DISC.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Miro) and virtual facilitation best practices.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.
