Technical Trainer – ETCH (Xi'an)

About the role

Technical Trainer delivers specialized and customized training courses both in‑house and at customer sites, requiring domestic and international travel. The role involves maintaining product technical knowledge, preparing and presenting courses, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Present technical training in house and at customer sites, managing classroom/lab activities and ensuring safety procedures.
• Maintain product technical knowledge, prepare and deliver defined product courses, and certify others on multiple platforms.
• Develop and improve technical documentation, create course materials, and approve course designs.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to support system repairs and ensure training system functionality.
• Build customer relationships, promote additional training products, and gather input for future training opportunities.
• Coach and mentor less senior instructors, resolve customer satisfaction issues, and lead small project teams.
• Support engineering activities such as ECO reviews, GPS documentation, and new product testing.
