Technical Services Consultant

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking Technical Consultants to design and build cloud‑based solutions that help life‑sciences customers achieve their business vision. The role sits within the Professional Services organization and works closely with regional and global service teams to deliver successful implementations of Veeva Commercial and R&D Cloud products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, design, and build solutions to support Veeva’s business partners.
• Analyze business requirements and generate technical specifications for complex software components.
• Design and build technical solutions across multiple platforms via REST APIs.
• Implement cloud‑based integrations using the Vault Java SDK.
• Develop internal and external tools and provide technical assistance during project implementations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (mandatory); bilingual Japanese or Korean preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering or technical consulting experience.
• At least 5 years of Java/Spring/REST development and 2 years of AWS cloud solution design/deployment.
• Strong presentation skills and quick learning ability; AI background is a plus.

Required skills

• Java (with Spring framework) and REST API development.
• AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS, VPC.
• Vault Java SDK for cloud integration.
• Software design and technical specification creation.
