Team Leader - Butler Service

About the role

We are seeking experienced and polished international butlers to deliver the iconic Atlants service. As the primary point of contact for international guests, you will ensure a seamless and personalized journey from pre‑arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary butler for international guests, managing all aspects of their stay.
• Initiate contact with guests after booking to confirm preferences and arrange pre‑arrival details.
• Execute smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and coordinate daily itineraries.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide highly personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns or complaints with discretion and efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker; Chinese language ability is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in a butler or personal guest‑service role within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Impeccable presentation, etiquette, and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
• Valid passport and ability to meet all legal requirements to work in China.
