Systems Engineer – Windows & O365 Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our global Windows administration team. The role will focus on managing and supporting Windows Server environments and Office 365 services for our customers in Yokohama or Shanghai.

Key responsibilities

• Support Office 365 services including Email, Intune, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Provide Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, and OS upgrades.
• Manage Windows Server patching through WSUS infrastructure.
• Ensure Windows Server security compliance and perform remediation.
• Set up and troubleshoot core infrastructure services such as DHCP and File/Print.
• Participate in Windows infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
• Install and configure Windows servers and execute OS version upgrades.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Office 365 and Windows Server administration.
• Previous experience providing remote support to global customers.
• Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or IT).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 technologies (Intune, Teams, OneDrive).
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Experience with WSUS for patch management.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating system fundamentals.
