System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator will ensure the stability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with multiple teams to monitor systems, resolve issues, and support end‑users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily system activities, analyze utilization, and perform capacity planning.
• Conduct performance tuning, apply OS patches, antivirus updates, and service‑pack upgrades.
• Coordinate system upgrades, software and firmware updates, and manage user account provisioning.
• Provide desktop/laptop support and resolve application issues for Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other horizontal tools.
• Support remote access technologies such as VPN, Remote Desktop, and wireless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, IP configuration, and digital phone setups.
• Raise hardware tickets with vendors, validate asset condition before and after deployment, and generate required reports.
• Participate in QMA/BCPDR drills to ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system administration and desktop support.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and follow incident‑management procedures.
• Good oral English communication skills.
