Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our global Supply & Operations team in Zhongshan, China. You will translate the global demand plan into actionable supply plans, working closely with our supplier network and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Convert global demand plans into actionable supply plans across Sea to Summit and distributed brands.
• Manage Open‑to‑Buy commitments, purchase order timing and supply planning calendars.
• Develop and maintain supplier forecasts to improve capacity visibility and planning accuracy.
• Partner with factories and suppliers to manage lead times, production schedules, MOQs and seasonal constraints.
• Monitor global inventory health and recommend stock rebalancing, deployment and optimisation strategies.
• Maintain planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, replenishment triggers and master data.
• Identify and escalate supply risks early, providing scenario analysis and trade‑off recommendations.
• Support new product launches, product transitions and end‑of‑life planning.
• Lead supply and OTB reviews within the monthly S&OP process.
• Drive continuous improvement of global supply planning processes and tools.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, procurement or S&OP.
• Proven experience working directly with manufacturing partners in China or Asia in a long‑lead‑time finished‑goods environment.
• Strong background managing supplier forecasts, inventory planning, capacity planning, purchase commitments and OTB processes.
