Warehouse Operator – Logistics Associate

About the role

As a Warehouse Operator at Ecolab you will be responsible for daily forklift operations, handling incoming and outgoing goods, and supporting production and engineering teams in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain forklifts to receive, store, and deliver raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct inventory management, stock checks, and ensure compliance with 5S and ISO standards.
• Organize month‑end and year‑end stock counts, applying FIFO principles to maintain chemical quality.
• Lead safety supervision for vendors, customers, and internal operations.
• Plan warehouse purchasing budget, reduce operational costs, and oversee rental warehouse management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher with at least 2 years of logistics experience.
• Valid forklift license and proven forklift operation skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication.
• Ability to supervise a team, evaluate performance, and conduct training.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licensed).
• SAP system usage.
• Microsoft Word and Excel.
