Supply Planner – Integrated Business Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planner to drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle for the Distribution domain. The role translates demand signals into realistic supply plans, balancing material, supplier, capacity and execution constraints within a matrix organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans and scenario models based on capacity, supplier capabilities and network constraints.
• Identify critical components, capacity bottlenecks and drive mitigation actions.
• Highlight gaps between demand and supply, evaluate trade‑offs across service, inventory, cost and working capital.
• Participate in monthly S&OP/IBP meetings, preparing inputs, risks, assumptions and decision points.
• Collaborate with supply planners across domains to ensure alignment between local and integrated plans.
• Act as a liaison between central planning, execution functions and project teams, including NPI data integration.
• Translate approved supply plans into ERP/execution systems and manage plan changes.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes, data quality and KPI transparency.

Required profile

• Experience in supply planning or integrated business planning within a complex, project‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess constraints, risks and mitigation options.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to support S&OP discussions and drive decision making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for plan execution.
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
