About the role

We are looking for a proactive leader to drive continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making across our IC APAC supply chain. Reporting to the IC APAC Supply Chain Leader, you will act as a key advisor to the Supply Chain Director and country leaders, ensuring inventory performance aligns with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and classify inventory data (value, DOI, age) to create actionable indicators.
• Analyse trends, diagnose issues and propose targeted inventory control strategies.
• Develop and implement inventory control plans, coordinating procurement, shipping and other functions to reduce backlog and unsold stock.
• Lead inventory review committees and salvage initiatives to minimise selling expenses and avoid costs.
• Prepare regular analysis reports and deliver professional recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with demand planning, supply planning, logistics, commercial and finance teams.
• Design and harmonise commercial policies across multiple IC ROA countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in multinational supply‑chain environments.
• Solid understanding of demand/supply planning, logistics, customer service and distribution.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
