Strategy Consultant – Beijing or Nanjing

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant to identify technology‑driven market opportunities and assess the technical potential of CNP products. The role will support product planning through deep analysis and foster cross‑functional collaboration to enhance product competitiveness and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market opportunities driven by emerging technologies, customer needs and growth areas.
• Identify technical opportunities for CNP products by understanding current and future capabilities, application scenarios and system‑level requirements.
• Benchmark existing offerings against competitors, pinpoint technical differentiators, portfolio gaps and market positioning opportunities.
• Provide structured input to Product Managers for roadmap discussions, product development priorities and portfolio decisions.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D and other functions to validate opportunities and align recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong technical foundation in industrial automation, drives and related system applications.
• Strategic thinker with experience linking requirements, market opportunities, competitor offerings and portfolio gaps.
• Excellent business sense, fluent English communication (verbal and written) and a collaborative mindset.
