Strategy & Business Development Manager – Mobility Electronics

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Mobility Electronics division in Suzhou as a Strategy & Business Development Manager. You will shape the future of the semiconductor portfolio, focusing on integrated circuits, IP, and MEMS technologies, and drive growth across automotive and mobility markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence on semiconductor trends, drivers, and competitor landscape.
• Conduct business field analysis and formulate strategies for the semiconductor segment.
• Prepare and present strategy meetings, including market research, analysis, and internal/external presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry ecosystem partners, government bodies, NGOs, and associations to capture regulatory insights and business opportunities.
• Lead strategic partnership initiatives and M&A analysis projects.

Required profile

• B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Micro‑Electronics, Engineering or Business (preferred).
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive and semiconductor industries.
• Strategic thinker with a structured, self‑driven, result‑oriented approach.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and independent working abilities in an international team.
• Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
