About the role

Join Crocs as a Store Sales Associate at the SH Florentia Village outlet, where you will create memorable experiences for customers and support the store’s daily operations. This position offers the chance to grow within a fast‑paced retail environment while working alongside a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Assist across store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
• Manage POS transactions, replenish stock, handle pricing and markdowns, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and visual merchandising.
• Support inventory control and asset protection policies, including shortage prevention.
• Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance.
• Motivation to succeed in a high‑growth, fast‑paced retail setting.
