职位概况
负责机器人应用的自动化系统集成与落地实施，完成方案选型、系统集成、产线部署，确保系统安全、稳定、文档齐全，满足量产需求。
主要职责
- 依据功能与工艺需求完成元器件选型及方案设计。
- 搭建机械臂、相机、夹爪、传感器等组件的通信与协同逻辑，基于 ROS/ROS2 完成系统级集成与二次开发。
- 组织安全与合规验证，确保方案符合博世安全标准及中国法规。
- 与 IT/MES 团队定义数据接口，为预测性维护提供数据支撑。
- 负责核心元器件供应商评估、采购支持及外部集成商的方案评审、进度跟踪与验收。
任职要求
- 机电、自动化、机器人或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 3 年以上工业机器人/协作机器人现场集成、编程与调试经验。
- 具备在上下料、装配、拧紧、检测等生产场景完成项目落地的经验者优先。
必备技能
- 机器人运动学、轨迹规划、示教编程，熟悉 UR、JAKA、AUBO 等平台。
- ROS/ROS2 开发，熟悉节点、话题、服务，使用 MoveIt、ros_control 等功能包。
- Python、C++ 二次开发能力。
- PLC 接口集成（PROFINET、EtherNet‑IP、Modbus TCP、IO 握手）。
- 熟悉 Cognex、Keyence 等视觉/传感器系统。
- 了解 ISO/TS 15066、ISO 10218、GB 11291.1 等机器人安全标准。
