职位概况

负责在中国私立市场推广Alcon眼科玻切产品，完成年度销售目标，提升公司在眼科手术领域的市场份额。

主要职责

在所辖区域内开展玻切产品的销售，达成年度销售指标。
拜访并维护现有客户，开发新客户，推动产品在私立医院的使用。
组织科室会等学术推广活动，向KOL传递产品价值。
重点维护关键意见领袖（KOL），提升品牌影响力。

任职要求

统招本科学历优先。
具备良好的自我管理和独立工作能力，工作稳定。
抗压能力强，能够适应出差。
具备较强的专业学术背景。

必备技能

熟悉眼科玻切产品及其临床应用。
具备客户关系管理和学术推广经验。
