Skilled Worker – Repair & Maintenance

About the role

Join Novonesis' Tianjin TEDA plant as a Skilled Worker in Repair & Maintenance. You will be part of a 35‑person maintenance team responsible for keeping critical equipment running smoothly, supporting continuous production and ensuring a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards in your assigned area.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to sustain equipment performance.
• Diagnose and resolve unexpected equipment failures promptly.
• Support repair and maintenance activities across the entire plant as needed.
• Develop multi‑skill capabilities and collaborate with other technical disciplines.

Required profile

• Technical school diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical equipment installation and maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with bearings, mechanical seals and valves.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Solid problem‑solving ability, logical thinking and a hands‑on approach.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
