About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its Suzhou Center store. The Key Holder drives business growth through leadership and takes an active part in delivering a differentiated customer experience. They lead a team of associates so that daily operations run smoothly, including opening and closing routines, while keeping the customer at the centre of everything.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong work ethic
