About the role
The Service Manager – Housekeeping (Floor) is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations within the hotel, ensuring smooth handovers between shifts and maintaining high standards of guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and supervise daily floor activities and shift handover procedures.
- Monitor room occupancy status on assigned floors at all times.
- Address guest situations promptly, resolve ad‑hoc issues, and report major incidents to the department supervisor.
- Attend to staff work and living concerns, escalating relevant matters to the Department Director.
- Review reservation information to identify VIP and regular guests and provide accurate inquiry services.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel internal and peripheral information to assist guests effectively.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in high‑star hotel housekeeping.
- College diploma or higher.
- Basic oral English proficiency.
- Strong service awareness, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
