Service Delivery Leader – Medical Devices

About the role

The Service Delivery Leader will drive complex service delivery projects for Philips’ DI&IGT portfolio in Zhejiang, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery. The role serves as a trusted advisor to key customers, aligning services with their business objectives and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex service delivery projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams and resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Analyze service performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement strategic improvements.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end service delivery lifecycle from initiation through post‑delivery review.
• Manage service delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and internal quality standards.
• Facilitate regular client meetings to review performance and discuss service enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (or 3 years with a Master’s) in Service Delivery Management, Customer Relationship Management or related roles within the medical devices industry.
