Service Attendant – Fine Dining

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Sanya is seeking a Service Attendant to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver high‑quality fine‑dining service, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service to all guests throughout their dining experience.
• Set up and maintain tables, chairs, and banquettes to the resort’s standards.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the POS system, and verify final bills.
• Assist the food runner and server assistants to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and side stations, including polishing silverware and glassware.
• Upsell menu items, including wines, liquors, and cocktails, based on extensive product knowledge.
• Continuously check guest satisfaction during each course and anticipate needs.
